Diamond Foods To Acquire Potato Chips Firm
Diamond Foods has entered into an agreement to acquire Kettle Foods, a maker of potato chips, from Lion Capital for $615m in cash. Pursuant to the agreement, Diamond will acquire Kettle operations in both the US and the UK.
